  • Submitted works are subject to confidential (blind) peer review according to the system followed by the journal and in compliance with the scientific journal classification standards approved by the Supreme Council of Universities.
  • Works submitted for publication by professors (full professor rank) are not subject to blind peer review.
  • The researcher is fully responsible for their research and is committed to submitting their research with their full name, academic degree, and affiliated institution. It is also required that the submitted research has not been previously published in any scientific journal, conference, or elsewhere.
  • The research should be characterized by originality, contribute to the scientific accumulation, enrich human knowledge, and be scientifically complete, including the presentation of theoretical and methodological foundations used in extracting and discussing results.
  • It is required to upload the research to the journal's website accompanied by an abstract in both Arabic and English for all language-related research.
  • The research should be written using Microsoft Office Word 2010 or later. The font type for Arabic is Simplified Arabic, and for English is Times New Roman. The page size is B5, with a font size of 14 for the body text and 16 for subheadings. Margins should be 3 cm on all four sides of the page, with a line spacing of 1.15 cm. Strict adherence to the journal's current APA documentation style is required for in-text citations, table and figure labeling, heading formatting, reference list, and anything else that does not contradict this system.
  • The research should not exceed a maximum of 30 pages. An abstract of approximately 200 words, translated into English, should be included.
  • Researchers must ensure the linguistic integrity of the research, observe linguistic proofreading, and ensure their research is free of linguistic and grammatical errors.
  • The research is sent for review procedures through the journal's website.
  • All correspondence related to publication in the journal should be addressed to the Editor-in-Chief to initiate the review procedures via the journal's website.
  • The researcher must pay the full review and publication fees before the review process begins, according to the technical specifications of the research, as previously stated in clauses (6, 8, 9, 10).
  • The research must be uploaded to the journal's website in the format mentioned in clause (9), and without linguistic or typographical errors. In case of linguistic observations, the researcher will pay the journal a review fee.
  • After the research has been reviewed and returned to the researcher to address the referees' comments, it is returned to the Managing Editor for final review for publication. It is then sent to the electronic publishing officer to upload the research to the journal's website in its final publishable form. After this, the researcher receives a confirmation of electronic acceptance for publication, and it is included in the journal's publication timeline.
  • Research submitted to the journal must not have religious or political purposes, but rather be scientific research in the journal's areas of specialization—mentioned previously—across its various branches. All submitted research expresses the researcher's point of view and is under their responsibility.
  • The journal has the right to republish the journal's contents electronically or participate in databases and websites without seeking consent from the researchers.
  • The researcher has the right – if desired – to obtain a hard copy of the journal issues or a reprint of their research after paying the required fees for printing the issue or reprint.
  • Priority of publication is subject to the order of arrival and the scientific value of the research.
  • Referees should conduct the review process objectively and must not direct any personal criticism at the author.
  • Referees must also express their views fairly and clearly, providing supporting arguments.
  • The names and affiliations of referees must be kept in a secure database that complies with data protection standards.
