Arbitration and Publication Mechanism

The journal's arbitration and publication process follows a double-blind peer review policy, which includes the following steps:

  • The researcher submits their manuscript according to the rules set by the journal's editorial board via the journal's website.
  • The researcher fills out the data form and specifies the required services.
  • The cost of the service is determined and communicated to the researcher.
  • The researcher pays the cost and receives an official receipt.
  • The editorial board verifies the plagiarism percentage in the manuscript according to the journal's approved regulations, in line with the double-blind peer review policy.
  • The submitted manuscript is electronically presented to the Editor-in-Chief (with the researcher's name excluded), who then identifies the names of the referees (two specialized professors in the field of the submitted research). This is done after initially assessing the manuscript's suitability, ensuring that the research topic falls within the journal's scope and that its idea and content are worthy of publication.
  • An electronic, blinded copy of the (initially accepted) manuscript is sent to the proposed referees, who then conduct the review process.
  • The two research referees send the reviewed manuscripts back to the journal's Editor-in-Chief within a maximum of two weeks from the date of receiving the manuscript. If a referee delays sending the manuscript for review beyond two weeks, the review is considered void, and another referee is nominated.
  • If both referees reject the manuscript, it is rejected.
  • If one of the referees rejects the manuscript, it is sent to a third referee, whose report is considered final.
  • If one or both referees request amendments to the manuscript, the researcher makes the required amendments, and the revised version is sent back to the referee for re-evaluation and review.
  • The accepted manuscript, after all required amendments from the referees are completed, is formatted and placed into the journal's final template.
  • The researcher is not permitted to withdraw their manuscript after the review process has been conducted.
  • The researcher can only reclaim publication fees if their manuscript is not accepted for publication; arbitration fees are non-refundable.
